Kitchen - Fully fitted & equipped including fridge, electric cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster & washing machine.

Bedroom  - Double bed, single bed, wardrobe, bedside tables & lamps.

Bathroom - Tiled shower room with a built in wash hand basin, toilet, electric shower, shaver point & towel rail.

Outside Area - Enclosed patio area with ample room for BBQ's

All bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels if required). 
Electric is included. 
Parking is available for 1 car per apartment.

Conditions - No Pets, No Smoking, please do not light candles

Arrival Time - from 4pm

Departure Time - by 10am

Deposit - Bookings are held for 7 days pending receipt of a 50% deposit. The deposit is non refundable.

Balance - The balance is due one month prior to the holiday commencing.

Payment Method - Please make cheque payable to "Mrs B Bruce".  
Last minute bookings can be paid in full on arrival by prior arrangement only.

Once the booking has been confirmed the client is liable for the full rental cost in the event of cancellation.  In the event of cancellation, please notify us in writing of your wish to cancel. You will be liable for the outstanding balance.
